Only in-house SCM Europe Instructors or SCM Europe principal trainers can train and certify staff as successfully completing an approved SCM Europe training programme. Successful completion is dependent on staff passing required testing of all areas; this would always include theory at a 90% level of proficiency as well as the physical skill out. The approved SCM Europe programme must be delivered by a certified instructor and must use:
- the SCM Europe slideshow
- the standard SCM Europe Participant Workbook
- Relevant documentation
The training will be delivered over four days, with day four incorporating the competency tests.
If for any reason any participant did not meet the required standard of proficiency, further arrangements would be made to attend further training to give them maximum opportunity.
Initial training must not deviate from the programme provided by SCM Europe.
